Return Policy


Return Policy:
 We will ONLY accept return for shoes Purchased through Madame Pivot USA! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a request for a Return Authorization (RA) via email at madamepivotusa@yahoo.com.  An RA form will be emailed to you. You have 7 DAYS from the date of purchase to request a Return Authorization. Return MUST be unworn, in the same condition you receive them, and with the protection films still on the soles. Once the merchandise is inspected and approved, a credit, minus the shipping costs, will be issued in the same manner in which the items were bought.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. NO RETURNS, NOR AUTHORIZATIONS REQUESTS  WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS FROM PURCHASE.

For shipments outsides of the USA : Costumers are responsable for all applicable duties for merchandise shipped outside of the USA.

All items shipped OUTSIDE of the USA, are  FINAL  SALES and NO RETURNS NOR STORE CREDITS will be issued. 


Special Orders: all special orders require a NON refundable deposit, at the time of order, plus a non refundable $35 processing fee. A special request form will be emailed or fax to the customer inquiring about a special order. The time frame is not guaranteed but usually it is between 5-8 weeks. The customer will be kept up to date on the developments. In the event that a customer changes his/her mind no refund will be given as stated above.
Special Order shoes are Final Sales so there will be no exchanges or return on those items.
For multiple Special shoes orders only: If an order is only partially filled, the customer will be responsible for the future shipping costs.
